An interesting question came to me as I read a poem by Edgar Allan Poe known as "Annabel Lee". His words of
description in saying "A cold wind blew out of a cloud chilling my beautiful Annabel Lee" he makes the girls death sound so
peacful once as he quoted saying "The death of a beautiful woman is the most poetic subject to write about" bringing to my
attention of how he persuaded me to understand his thought that death is sad but beautiful I think death is to celebrated
for the leaving of our loved ones to the lord. I do not say that I wish to part from loved ones I feel I am looking upon life
as optimistic bringing me to say. Is death beautiful?
The picture on your upper right shows a glass rose being torn apart by the wind. . . The meaning of this picture reaches
out to me. It first caught my eye by its beauty. The words that spoke were screaming of pain but it was as I was
deaf only hearing the words of peace watching and observing the life that was being taken. The calm spirit that came to me
as I looked at the rose of beauty dying as it was the most beautiful thing ever seen with the power of the harsh strong wind.
